Once a device has been restored in the field, the corresponding incident and/or device must be completed and restored in Responder Explorer. This section discusses the methods for restoring devices and completing incidents in Responder Explorer.

Alternately, you may use a Restoration Order to restore devices and complete incidents. Restoration Orders are covered in another section. 

Optional:

Restored features and closed incidents may be stored and viewed in Archive Explorer. An Administrator must configure this functionality.
