Changes to Developer Help at 10.1 |
Scaled Back API DocumentationWith 10.1, you may notice that the .NET assemblies documentation is quite a bit leaner. Our goal was to scale back the documentation to only include the objects we expect clients to use in customizations. This gives you less to sift through and allows us to provide targeted, helpful documentation. We determined the objects to retain in the documentation by reviewing documented customizations and developer samples.
We Need Your InputThe next step in this process is to provide useful documentation for these objects. There are still a large number to document, so this will take some time. We’re asking for your help in prioritizing. If there’s a class, interface, enumeration or an entire extensibility point that you wish to use, but can’t find in the documentation, please let us know. Send an email to documentation@telvent.com or click the Feedback link on the left side of the screen and put a suggestion on User Voice.
Docs for Previous ReleasesYou can still access online help files (including the Developer Guide) for past releases. Look for the Download Help Files section near the bottom of each What’s New page. Here you can download zip files that contain CHM versions of the online help files for that release. |
