In the Security section, look for the Phishing Filter option. Select Disable Phishing Filter. Click OK.

Domain Text to XML Converter: This PDF provides VBA code that will convert one coded value domain in text or MS Word format into an XML file that can be imported with the ArcFM XML Import tool in ArcCatalog. Note that Esri no longer supports VBA at version 10.
Feeder Manager Phase Mismatch Labeltext Expression: A labeltext expression that shows Phase Designation vs. the Feeder Manager maintained FeederInfo field. Useful for finding phase errors, mismatches, and deenergized features.
Free3of9 Bar Code TrueType Font: A free font that shows characters as bar codes.
