Responder allows you to build an archive of incidents along with the customer calls, tags, crew activity and incident resolution. You may view and edit this archived information using Archive Explorer.
If Archive Services is running, all closed incidents are automatically added to the Archive tables and made available in Archive Explorer. (See Configuring Responder, Responder Services section, for more information about Archive Service.)
Archive Explorer consists of three tabs:
The Archive Explorer tools may be used with data on any of the three tabs.
