Edit Call

From the Edit Incident window, right-click a call on the Calls tab and select Edit. This allows you to view the customer data as it appeared at the time of the call. Make changes to fields as needed. Fields in gray may not be edited.

You can delete a call, or multiple (with permission), by right-clicking the selected calls and selecting Delete.

Edit Multiple Calls

If you have the proper permissions, you can select multiple features and click Mass Edit to change multiple calls.

You can edit Responsible Incident ID, Cause, Trouble, Region, and times.
