Smart Grid Applications Overview > Smart Operations Solution > SOS Configuration Overview > Network Adapter > Troubleshooting Network Adapter > Troubleshooting: When I export a feeder, the MultiSpeak XML has only a header and no data. |
Version: 10.1 |
Several things can cause this:
The Source table does not have the class export model name
The FeederID field on the Source table does not have the field export model name
The class or field export model name is not set in the Network Adapter options
The feature class (usually DynamicProtectiveDeviceBank) related to the Source object does have the class export model name or is missing field export model names
The feature (usually DynamicProtectiveDeviceBank) related to the Source object for a feeder is not selected
The feature (usually DynamicProtectiveDeviceBank) related to the Source object does not have phase designation populated
There is a busbar or some other special feature near the head of the feeder that does not have the export model name or is not selected
