Troubleshooting: What is Constr for?

Conductor configuration/construction works like an equipment ID. It's just a string that should match an entry in WindMil's equipment database. Each construction in WindMil defines the spacing and orientation of the different wires in a conductor. The Constr field in Minerville Msp Electric Data Model gets exported as the MultiSpeak Constr property on a conductor, and imported as the conductor's construction type in WindMil.
