Once you have finished the configuration, start the Smart Grid windows services.

1. Open Computer Management (right-click My Computer and select Manage).
2. Expand Services and Applications and select Services.
3. In the right side of the window, scroll down to the Responder service and ensure it's started.
4. Scroll down to the Smartgrid services.
5. Right-click each Smartgrid service and select Start.
   • Smartgrid Log Service
   • Smartgrid Event Processor
   • Smartgrid Post Event Processor
