You will need to add the DMS user to the RX_USERS table and assign the appropriate permissions. This user has no domain.

1. In the Responder web application, select Administration and click Users.
2. In the Users screen, click the Create New User tab.
3. Enter DMS as the Username. Currently no roles are required for the DMS user.
4. Fill in the rest of the information as appropriate.
5. Click Create.
