This configuration is not required for AMI events to be processed.
You can modify the Responder web configuration to display AMI event information for customers included in an incident originated with an AMI event (see example below). AMI event information is displayed on the Customer Call page and is available for the customer service rep as he enters call information. Follow the steps on this page to enable the display of this data.
