Customize Menus

The pulldown menus in Workflow Manager may be modified using the tables in the Workflow Manager database. This section provides a quick reference to those tables.

Work Request Tab

Designer

MM_PX_USER_ROLE

This field filters for users with the Designer role assigned. To add a user to the Designer pull-down menu, assign the Designer roll. The MM_PX_USER_ROLE table is discussed in the Customize Process Framework section.

Work Request Type

MM_WMS_WR_TYPE

The Work Request Type field lists all values in the MM_WMS_WR_TYPE table. To add a value to the field, add a row to this table. The fields in this table are outlined on the Workflow Manager Tables page.

The entry in the VALUE field (in the table) is used to populate the Work Request Type field.

Feature Type

MM_WMS_GIS_FACILITY_TYPE

The Feature Type field lists all values in the MM_WMS_GIS_FACILITY_TYPE table. To add a value to the field, add a row to this table. The fields in this table are outlined on the Workflow Manager Tables page.

The entry in the VALUE field (in the table) is used to populate the Feature Type field.

The value in the Feature Type field can be a feature with any geometry type: point, line, polygon.
