Responder User Roles

Available in Responder Web Browser.

Responder provides default user roles. These roles may be assigned to a user to grant that user permission to perform specific tasks in Responder. An Administrator can create new roles or modify permissions for existing roles. This section focuses on how the default roles are defined.

A user may have more than one role assigned, granting access to more functionality than defined in the roles below.

Administrator has access to:

Archiver has access to:

  • Dashboard
  • Settings
  • This role also provides access to the data stored in the Archive tables and visible in Archive Explorer.

Customer Service has access to:
