Troubleshooting: Responder Explorer button in ArcMap is disabled

Problem: The wrong product is chosen in the License Manager Desktop Administrator.

Fix: First, close Responder and ArcMap. Open Desktop Administrator by going to the Start menu and All Programs\ArcFM Solution\Desktop Administrator\Client Desktop Admin. Change the Current User drop down box to Responder. Re-open ArcMap and/or Responder.
