Problem: The RXSWITCHABLEDEVICE model name is not assigned to the feature for which you are trying to add a device switching step.
Fix: Follow the instructions in the Configuring ArcFM Solution (ArcCatalog Tools | ArcFM Properties Manager | Assign Model Names) online documentation to assign the RXSWITCHABLEDEIVCE model name to all devices that may be switched.
