Problem: The ASPNet user requires permission on the reports directory in the Responder web folder. This allows the new reports structure to write temporary XML files to this directory, and read the XSLT files to create the web reports.

Fix: Follow the steps provided in the Configuring Responder online documentation to add the ASPNet user and assign the correct permissions.
