The following error may occur if your web server uses Microsoft Windows Server 2003.
At the top of the web page:
The page cannot be found The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed,
or is temporarily unavailable.
Farther down the web page:
HTTP 404 - File not found Internet Information Services
There are a number of possible causes for this error.
The requested page has been renamed
The requested page has been moved or deleted
The requested page is unavailable due to maintenance or upgrades on the web server
The requested page does not exist
The appropriate web extension is not enabled on the web server
First, verify that the requested page is indeed available on the web server and hasn’t been moved, renamed or deleted. Next, ensure the ASP.NET web extension has been enabled on the web server. This extension must be enabled if your web server uses Microsoft Windows Server 2003.
