Responder provides various means to view outage data and incident information. The Dashboard on the Responder web browser is available to anyone who has access to the Responder web application, regardless of assigned roles. Users who have access to the Responder web browser don't even need to sign in to view outage data in a few different formats. A Dispatcher may select an incident in Responder Explorer and view a report on that incident.
