Edit Tags and Grounds

The Tags and Grounds tab displays all tags and grounds associated with closed or cancelled incidents. Right-click any tag or ground and select Edit. You can edit tag and ground information such as the tag ID, phase, region, owner, time placed/removed and remarks. The Origination field indicates whether the tag was created by a switching order. If it was, it can only be removed with a switching order. You cannot edit fields in gray. Click OK to save changes.
