Problem:

When AMI Services try to connect to the Configuration Service (or if you try to browse to http://localhost/Miner.Configuration.ConfigurationService), you might receive an error similar to the following:

HTTP Error 404.3 - Not Found
The page you are requesting cannot be served because of the extension configuration. If the page is a script, add a handler. If the file should be downloaded, add a MIME map.

Fix:

Open the Windows Features dialog and expand the node Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1. Enable all items under this node.
