Smart Operations - Upgrade Batch Scripts

In many cases, upgrading to a new version of the Smart Operations Solution (SOS) means changes to the configuration files. Rather than force users to re-configure, SOS provides a batch script. This script preserves your existing configuration files and appends changes that support new functionality, thus eliminating the need to manually re-configure after each new release.

After installing SOS, double-click UpgradeSmartgrid.bat in the directory that corresponds to your release. The script will create a backup of your original file before performing the upgrade. If you are skipping releases, you must execute the batch scripts for each release between the one you started with and the one to which you're upgrading.

By default, the scripts are installed here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Miner and Miner\Responder\Developer Resources\<current release> Upgrade Scripts\Config. Batch scripts exist for the following releases.
