Configuring Responder/Smart Grid
Assign Permissions

Version: 10.1

Resource Center Home

TroubleMaker has its own user name that requires adequate permissions to access the necessary tables. If the TroubleMaker user does not have the correct permissions, TroubleMaker will not run correctly. Use the Responder web browser to assign permissions to this user.

  1. Open the Responder web browser and select Administration.
  2. In the Administration section, select Users.
  3. Browse to and select the troublemaker user.

  1. Assign the role that has Insert and Update access to the RX_CALLS table. By default, the Customer Service role provides the necessary permissions.
