Take Control of Mobile Incident

Available in Responder Explorer. Requires Responder Mobile.
Once an incident has been assigned to a Mobile crew it cannot be edited on the Enterprise. A dispatcher will be able to edit some fields on the incident, but will NOT be able to move or add a device, add a hazard, add a location feature, etc.
To edit a mobile incident, use the Take Control of Mobile Incident tool. This tool removes the associated task from the field crew's queue (it will cease to be visible in the field) and allows the Dispatcher on the Enterprise to edit it.
To edit a mobile incident, right-click it and select Take Control of Mobile Incident. Use the Give Back Control of Mobile Incident tool to return the incident to the field.
