Using Responder
Troubleshooting: "Application has generated an exception that could not be handled" error when trying to launch Responder Explorer

Version: 10.2.1c and 10.2.1c SP3

Problem: MSMQ is not installed on the client machine.

Fix: MSMQ must be installed in order for Responder Explorer to start up and run correctly. Refer to the Configuring Responder online documentation for more information.
