Responder Overview > Troubleshooting Responder > Responder Explorer > Troubleshooting: Facility IDs are missing from the switching order Add Step dialog

Problem: The FACILITYID model name has not been assigned correctly.

Fix: Assign the FACILITYID model name to the facility ID field of the feature class.

If the Facility ID isn't identified (via the FACILITYID model name), the Device OID is substituted in the switching order steps.
