Available in Responder Explorer. Requires Responder Mobile.
You can send an incident to a Mobile crew by simply assigning the crew to that incident. Responder Mobile transmits the incident to the field crew when the field crew synchronizes the database. Note that the crew MUST be designated as a Responder Mobile crew. This is done when creating or editing a crew.
If the Responder Mobile Crew field is set to No, incidents will NOT be sent to Mobile users in the field. This field must be set to Yes and Responder Mobile must be properly configured to send incidents to field crews.
