Workflow Manager may be integrated with your Work Management System (WMS) via messaging. Messages may be sent from the WMS to Workflow Manager where they are processed and returned to the WMS. To use this functionality, you will need to create custom Message Processors. Workflow Manager is installed with the ability to process messages using CIM XML format.
