Responder Customizations

The following customizations are specific to Responder. Unless they are accessed through a command, these customizations do not require integration with the Application Framework.

	User Interface Much of the Responder Explorer and Archive Explorer user interfaces may be customized using ControlStylesConfig.xml (Responder Explorer) and ArchiveStylesConfig.xml (Archive Explorer). This section discusses how you might modify your user interface.		Column Order This section discusses how you can manipulate the order in which columns appear in various grids throughout Responder Explorer and Archive Explorer.

	Responder Integration This section discusses how you can integrate external applications such as IVR and SCADA with Responder using Request Objects and Submit Rules.		Request Objects Request objects allow Responder Explorer to retrieve data from Data Services.

	Filter Finders This section discusses how to create filters for trees and grids (e.g., the Crews tree and the Incidents grid).		Reports This section discusses how to create custom reports as well as the input controls and filters used by the reports.
