Responder Licensing

A Responder license may be selected using the Desktop Administrator. This tool is available in the Start menu | Program Files | ArcFM Solution | License Manager | Desktop Administrator.
Select Responder Dispatcher from the pulldown menu. Note that when this license is selected the user will have access to the ArcFM Viewer toolbar rather than the ArcFM toolbar. The user will also NOT be allowed to edit the geodatabase.
You may also use an ArcFM or Designer license. This allows you the ability to use Responder tools and Responder Explorer as well as edit geodatabase data.
