GetResurrectedIncidents Class

Summary description for GetResurrectedIncidents. This class uses found data in archive and create (resurrect) data in active tables. Data rows from incident archive is being copy into active table for incidents. Data rows from calls archive is being copy into active table for calls. Using data from incident devices archive, data rows for active switching orders, operations and steps are being created.
