These steps are required.
In order to utilize the map view when creating Switch Order Requests, the RXINCIDENTDEVICE and RXINCIDENTFEATURE model names need to be added to the Identify Tool Object Class Model Name domain. This allows for snapping to a device on the Responder Switch Order Requests map.

The owner of the domain must be the same user from the Responder configuration files that accesses the geodatabase. |
- Ensure that you have the Identify Tool Object Class Model Name domain setup in ArcCatalog. For more information on setting up this custom model name domain, see the Configure Identify Tool topic in the ArcFM Desktop Configuration help.
- In ArcCatalog, right-click the geodatabase and select Properties.
- On the Domains tab, scroll to and click the "Identify Tool Object Class Model Name" domain.
- In the Coded Values table, add the following:

- Click OK.
