Troubleshooting: "User Not Found" error prevents Responder from opening

When opening Responder Explorer the user may encounter the following error. After the user clicks OK, Responder Explorer closes.

This error indicates that the current user does not have a corresponding entry in the RX_USERS table. An administrator will need to add the user to the RX_USERS table using the Responder web browser. The Administration section offers a Users page that the administrator can use to add user names/passwords to the RX_USERS table.
