This error may also be seen in the form of an error initializing data.

Problem: The Responder Data Services is not running.

Fix: Go to the machine that hosts Data Services (DataServices.exe) and Prediction Services (PredictionServices.exe) and start up those applications. If this does not work, also check that the WebRemoting.config file is configured correctly. Refer to the Configuring Responder online documentation for more information about configuring WebRemoting.config.
