Error Message: "The domain RX… cannot be initialized from an empty list. Parameter name: domainPairs" "Rx..." is any model name as defined by Responder (e.g., RXFACILITY, RXSWITCHABLEDEVICE).

Problem: The owner of the Responder database schema (usually, "RESPONDER") does not have proper database permissions.

Solution: Assign the owner of the Responder database schema to the role MM_ADMIN using the Responder web browser (see Using Responder online help).
