Calls Tab

Available in Responder Explorer.

The Calls tab is used only if your administrator has implemented the enhanced Prediction Engine. The enhanced Prediction Engine holds calls for a configurable amount of time before processing them. The Calls tab shows all active calls and allows you to filter them by processed and unprocessed or to view all calls. When a call has been processed it is assigned an Incident ID (highlighted column in Figure 1).

You can right-click a call and select Highlight, Zoom To or Pan To and view the call in ArcMap.
