Responder Client Machine

Responder client machines are the computers used by the operators who receive trouble calls from customers. Each client machine must be configured to use Responder. You can install the Responder components for each client machine that are described in the links below. By default, the configuration files for the client machine are installed here: Program Files\Miner and Miner\Responder\Client.

All of the following configurations must be completed on a client machine that uses Responder (either accessed through ArcMap or as a standalone application).

Edit the ArcMap Remoting configuration file (ArcMapRemotingConfig.xml)
Edit the Responder configuration file (Miner.Responder.Explorer.exe.config)
Edit the Archive Explorer configuration file (Miner.Responder.ArchiveExplorer.exe.config)
Enable Message Queuing
