Use this tab to assign message processors to handle messages to/from an external application (e.g., WMS).
Field Descriptions
Field |
Description |
---|---|
Type |
Identifies the format of the incoming message (e.g., CIM). |
Verb |
The action to be performed (e.g., updated, created, deleted, get, executed, show). |
Noun |
The object on which the action is performed (e.g., session, compatible unit, design, work request). |
Version |
The version associated with the incoming message. |
Processor |
Select your custom processor. This field is populated with objects in the M&M Process Framework Message Processors category. If your custom processor does not appear in this list, check to be sure it has been properly registered in the correct category. |
Workflow Manager Sample Processors
These processors are provided with the WorkflowManager.mdb. All sample message processors below are for CIM-compliant messaging and require a Type value of CIM. Additional message processors may be added

Create Design |
Indicates that a design has been created; the Workflow Manager database updates accordingly. This processor requires a Create verb and a Design noun. |
Create Work Request |
Indicates that a work request has been created; the Workflow Manager database updates accordingly. This processor requires a Create verb and a Work Request noun. |
Delete Design |
Indicates that a design has been deleted; the Workflow Manager database updates accordingly. This processor requires a Delete verb and a Design noun. |
Delete Work Request |
Indicates that a work request has been deleted; the Workflow Manager database updates accordingly. This processor requires a Delete verb and a Work Request noun. |
Get Design |
Retrieves a design. This processor requires a Get verb and a Design noun. |
Get Work Request |
Retrieves a work request. This processor requires a Get verb and a Work Request noun. |
Update Design |
Indicates that a design has been modified; the Workflow Manager database updates accordingly. This processor requires an Update verb and a Design noun. |
Update Work Request |
Indicates that a work request has been modified; the Workflow Manager database updates accordingly. This processor requires an Update verb and a Work Request noun. |
