	DeviceFcid	Defines the feature class ID for the customer's point of service.
	DeviceOid	Defines the object ID for the customer's point of service.
	FirstName	Defines the customer's first name.
	Hazard1OnSite	Defines whether or not public security personel is onsite for this hazard.
	Hazard1Type	Defines the first type of hazard associated with this call.
