| CallTaker | Defines the name of CSR/IVR that received this call. |
| CauseCode | Defines the cause of the outage trouble. |
| CriticalCode | Defines the customer's critical status. |
| DeviceFcid | Defines the feature class ID for the customer's point of service. |
| DeviceOid | Defines the object ID for the customer's point of service. |
| FirstName | Defines the customer's first name. |
| Hazard1OnSite | Defines whether or not public security personel is onsite for this hazard. |
