Remarks

This generator is used to generate data values for the TroubleMaker Hazard1Type column. The generator is divided into two parts: the first part defines the frequency that a hazard can actually occur. Approximately, 20% of the trouble calls will contain one hazard. Of the 20% approximately 15% of those will contain a second hazard.
