Localizing Responder Date and Time Format

For the date and time to display in the desired format in the Order tab in a Switching Order, you need to modify the file, C:\Program Files (x86)\Miner and Miner\ArcFM Solution\Resources\Responder\Miner.Responder.Switching.InfrastructureModule.Properties.Resources.resx.
In the TimeFormat and TimeFormat24 settings, change the value to the correct format.
As an example, for English (UK), the setting should be:
<value>0:dd MMMM yyyy HH:mm</value>
