This object is required to enable the Network Adapter CIM export to DMS.
Associations: DynamicProtectiveDevice (only valid for subtype Recloser)

Attributes:
Step: short integer- the ordinal position of the reclose step relative to other steps in the sequence.
Delay: double integer - the time lapse before the reclose step will execute the reclose.
FastType: long integer - true if the reclosing step is fast; otherwise, false.
