This tool modifies ArcMap's display to show the incident device and all features affected by it.

1. In ArcMap, locate the incident device on the map.
2. Click Zoom to Incident Extent  on the Responder toolbar. The cursor will look like this:
   
3. Click an incident device. A layer must be set as selectable before this tool will snap to its features. The map display will zoom in or out to include all of the features affected by the incident device.
