Available in Responder Explorer.
Users may locate incidents, crews, tags, and incident devices on the map in ArcMap. Right-click an incident, crew, or incident device and select one of the following options.
Highlight: The feature (incident, crew, tag, or device) will flash three times on the map. If the feature is out of visible range, use the Zoom To tool before using Highlight.
Zoom To: Changes the map display so that the selected feature is visible.
Zoom To Incident Extent: Changes the map display so that the selected feature is visible as well as its outage area.
Pan To: Moves the map display so that the selected feature is included without changing the map scale.
Quick Attribute Viewer: The Quick Attribute Viewer is a read-only display of feature attributes and values. Click the Quick Attribute Viewer to see attribute information about the fault device or feature.
