Available in Responder Explorer.
A user may access a report for an incident by right-clicking the incident and selecting Incident Report. The report is displayed in a web browser.

All of the data in the Incident Report reflects current information EXCEPT the customer count fields. These fields (Customer Count and Critical Count) show the number of customers affected during the outage. If a switching order has been assigned to the incident, information about the switching order is included in the Incident Report.
If configured, your Incident Report may display a location map (figure 2 below).
