Available in Responder Explorer.

Use this tool to edit fault devices or switching order devices. You may edit the electric devices associated with an incident on the Incidents tab. Access the Edit form by right-clicking a confirmed electric device.

If the fault has a status of Unconfirmed or Probable, you may instead select Correct Phase/Time. The Edit tool is not available on unconfirmed and probable devices.

Multi-Customer Load Points: If you should choose to re-open a fault on a restored incident that has a multi-customer load point (e.g., apartment building), any changes made to the load point using the Select Affected Customers tool will be lost. Only customers who called will be marked as out.
