Available in Responder Explorer.

After the incident device has been completed, it must be closed as well. If the incident has outstanding callbacks, it may not be closed until they are completed. Once an incident is closed, it is removed from Responder Explorer.

Quick Steps Close Incident Right-click incident. Select Close.

Right-click an incident and select Close. If all callbacks have been completed, the incident will be closed automatically. If callbacks still exist, the incident may not be closed.
