Troubleshooting: "Error Processing Responder Request: Queue is not registered in the DS"

Problem: The Responder Data Services is not running and has never been run in the past.
Fix: Go to the Responder business server and start the DataServices.exe and PredictionServices.exe services. Close these services after they’ve been started up. Starting and stopping these services creates the queues to which you will assign permissions. Next, assign permissions to the queues as documented in the Configuring Responder online documentation. After assigning permissions, restart DataServices.exe and PredictionServices.exe.
