Smart Grid Applications Overview > Network Adapter > Troubleshooting Network Adapter > Troubleshooting: Can I modify a domain? |
You may modify almost any domain in the geodatabase, and Network Adapter will export it without any problems. There are two exceptions:
Phase Designation: It is strongly recommended that you do NOT modify this domain. Changing this domain has serious and far-reaching effects. Someone could get hurt.
Voltage Code: You may modify this domain, however values must be added in a particular format.
When an exported value doesn't match a value in a coded domain in the MultiSpeak schema, the voltage fields by default assume values are physical voltage expressed in Volts. To add a coded value to the Voltage Code domain, ensure its Value is an integer expressed in volts. The Description can be any text-based description that tells the user the value's meaning.
