The short answer is yes. It requires either Feeder Manager 1.0 or 2.0. Network Adapter reads the electric trace weights if they are available. If the electric trace weight value is null or was not exported, then Network Adapter tries to get the information using the field model names required by Feeder Manager 1.0 and 2.0. While you may not have to use either version of Feeder Manager, one should be configured.
