Exclude Planned Switching Values from the Dashboard

You can exclude customer counts associated with planned switching from the elements visible on the Dashboard.
To remove planned switching values from the Dashboard, look for the following XML in Web.config. By default, this file is installed here: C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Responder.

Set the "value" to true. The following dashboard elements will no longer include planned switching customer counts:
