The Open Design Cost Report button on the Workflow Manager toolbar (in ArcMap) allows you to view the Design Cost Report. With a design open, click the Open Design Cost Report 
button to view the Design Cost Report.

You may use the Enable/Disable Quick Estimate  button to easily send CUs to your design. |
